The crossword puzzle is assembled by the program right before your game: both the grid, the set of words, and the definitions are selected anew. Once decided, it won't happen again. There is no timer, no points, no opponents on the screen — just you and the words. The difficulty is randomly selected: the grid is 7×7, 9×9 or 11×11 Palette input: letters are offered for all selected words at once, mixed with a few extra ones. The dictionary has more than two thousand words, with multiple definitions to choose from. The game remembers the words of recent games and tries not to repeat them.
