Neon Drift

You are the last drone in a collapsed network. The arena is drenched in neon, waves of enemies roll in from the dark, and your gun fires by itself — all you have to think about is where to move. The mission is short and fair: hold out for six waves and destroy the invasion core. Every enemy you down drops data shards, shards give you levels, and every level lets you pick one module out of three: split shot, piercing, high explosive rounds, orbital drones, lifesteal, crits and more — fifteen in total, and they stack. Five enemy types, ranged shooters, tanks, splitters, and a final boss with a radial barrage. Beat the mission and switch to endless mode to chase a record.
